The plant is fully-equipped with world class technology as well as machinery, to cater to various Industrial and Research requirements.  We are able to provide a wide range of services including Turnkey Design Support, Customised Processes, Multi-Project Wafer (MPW) programmes and Product Development & Fabrication in CMOS, HVMOS, Digital, Analog and microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) technology platforms.

MIMOS Wafer Fab offers these services to local as well as international foundry customers from countries such as Taiwan. We also assist universities in developing integrated circuits, electronic logic and control devices. As part of the country’s E&E ecosystem support, MIMOS Wafer Fab also provides Failure Analysis and Material Analysis for companies, local SMI/SMEs and MNCs as well as universities in Malaysia and the Asian region.
