MIMOS Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) governs the entire development lifecycle from the requirement stage to the final deployment point. Review gates are added in between Requirements, Design, Development, Testing and Deployment phases (refer figure 1) to ensure that Application and Product quality are assessed even at their earliest stages. The high degree of automation integration minimizes manual intervention at the same time not compromising on the rigorous testing procedures.
