Based on the revised master plan, the Sibu Jaya Township is expected to be fully completed by 2023 with a total population of 60,000.
It will see an additional 5,600 medium to high-end residential units, 83 industrial units and four other parcels identified for commercial buildings with a total Gross Development Value (GDV) of more than RM1 billion.
Currently, 460 acres have been completed with a GDV of RM470 million under the initial township development comprising 4,986 residential units, and 96 industrial units serving a population of about 25,000 people.
