Job Purpose

• Provide operational support in implementing MIMOS’ Integrity, Ethics, Anti-Corruption, and Data Protection functions. The role assists in executing programmes and activities under key areas including Complaint Management, Detection & Verification, Integrity Enhancement, Governance, and Personal Data Protection. This position supports compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, contributing to MIMOS’ commitment to transparency, accountability, and zero tolerance towards corruption.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in implementing the organisation’s Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) and compliance activities to ensure alignment with established standards and regulatory requirements.

2. Support the review and updating of the ABMS and Personal Data Protection (PDP) frameworks in line with regulatory changes, best practices, and organisational needs.

3. Provide administrative and coordination support in addressing ABMS and PDP-related matters and inquiries from personnel.

4. Complaints management (whistleblowing) – Receive, record, and coordinate follow-up action on integrity-related complaints or feedback concerning criminal misconduct or breaches of the MIMOS Code of Ethics.

5. Detection & Verification – Assist in conducting preliminary fact-finding and verification of any alleged bribery, corruption, or non-compliance cases, and prepare reports for Management’s review.

6. Integrity Enhancement – Develop, design, and disseminate communication materials, including digital posters, short videos, and internal announcements, to enhance employee awareness on integrity and privacy matters.

7. Integrity Enhancement – Assist in planning and coordinating integrity, ethics, and data protection awareness programmes or campaigns (both physical and online).

8. Governance – Support the implementation of good governance practices to strengthen integrity and data protection within the organisation.

9. Assist in ensuring adherence to MIMOS’ ABMS, Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption, and Personal Data Protection policies and procedures.

10. Coordinate internal and external ABMS audits and follow up on audit findings to ensure continuous improvement.

11. Liase with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, in supporting integrity, ethics, and data protection programmes.

12. Build and maintain compliance tracking databases to support accurate reporting for audits and management reviews.

13. Prepare and compile official correspondence including letters, proposals, memos, reports, minutes of meeting, slides presentation, and other administrative documents.

14. Carry out any other duties and assignments, assigned by the superior, as and when needed.

Qualification

• Possess Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.

Work Experience

• At least 1 year working experience in audit or relevant field of functions.
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of Integrity & Ethics
• Good understanding of ISO ABMS requirements
• Knowledge and skills in MS Office / relevant analytic tools / Computer.
• Good knowledge of Event Management
• Report writing

Additional Preferences

• Familiar with manufacturing environment especially IR 4.0 principle pillars in smart manufacturing.
