Talent Development
The MIMOS Academy E&E Talent Development Programmes enhances skills in Electrical and Electronics (E&E) engineering for graduates and professionals. It includes courses on Integrated Circuit (IC) design, Semiconductor Technology, Embedded Systems, Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Product Test Engineering & Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) as well as problem solving skills development.
The programme provides practical skills through hands-on training, workshops, and real-world projects. Participants can network with industry experts and earn industry-recognised certifications. By focusing on the latest industry knowledge, the programme prepares individuals to excel in the E&E sector, ensuring they are equipped with the competencies needed to thrive in their careers and contribute to technological advancements.
Our structured Internship Programme offers hands-on training Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, and ICT. Each successful candidate will gain practical experience through the tailored Training Plan and active involvement in research projects to enhance their learning experience.
