Job Purpose

• The Protégé will support the organization in various administrative functions. The ideal protégé candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support:

   a. Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
   b. Greet visitors and clients, and provide them with assistance as needed.
   c. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

2. Documentation and Record Keeping:

   a. Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
   b. Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
   c. Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

3. Office Management:

   a. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee activities.
   b. Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities.
   c. Draft and send emails, letters, and other correspondence.

Qualification

• Possess Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or other relevant IT studies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent degree.
• Proven experience as an office worker, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role, is a plus.
• Basic skills in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
•  Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
