• Establishing BCMS manual in ensuring an effective response that safeguards the interests of key stakeholders / interested parties, maintains reputation and brand integrity, and sustains core activities;
• Providing appropriate and suitable set of resources, infrastructure and facilities to meet the Business Continuity Requirements of the business;
• Having the capability for an effective and acceptable response to major disruptions, crisis and disaster situation;
• Meeting statutory & regulatory requirements, contractual obligation in its operational activities;
• Involving employees in communication and continuous improvement activities of the BCMS and making this policy available to all;
• Ensuring the continuous availability of information for business processes during adverse situations and
• Remaining aligned with international standards and best practice in BCMS.
