On 24 June 2025, MIMOS Berhad and Tenaga Cable Industries Sdn Bhd (TCI) proudly announced a new strategic collaboration with an official CRADA Exchange Ceremony. This partnership aimed at developing next-generation hybrid power cable technology with embedded fibre optic sensing. As Malaysia’s national applied research and development centre, MIMOS Berhad has been active in fostering strategic partnerships with a wide range of academic and industry leaders from both Malaysia and around the world. The company recently welcomed delegations from numerous universities and organisations, including Uni-KL MIIT, Xiamen University Malaysia, University of Malaya, and Universiti Teknologi MARA, providing students and faculty with valuable exposure to cutting-edge innovations and industrial research practices.

MIMOS Berhad is committed to advancing the skills of its employees through a series of focused workshops and training sessions focused on cutting-edge technologies. A three-day training programme, from 11 to 13 June 2025, was conducted on Ethereum's architecture and Solidity, empowering MIMOSians to build and deploy smart contracts and dApps.

On 16 July 2025, MIMOS Berhad's Intellectual Property Management Division (IPMD) conducted a niche training session titled ‘Unlocking Insights: The Art of Patent Searching,’ a comprehensive training designed to empower participants with the skills needed to navigate the complex world of intellectual property.

On 17 June 2025, MIMOS hosted a full-day technical workshop titled ‘Exploring Material Insights: From Laser PFIB to High-Resolution SEM & TEM.’ The event was designed for professionals, researchers, and engineers in the fields of materials science and nanotechnology.

On 19 June 2025, MIMOS Berhad proudly participated in and hosted the National Training Week (NTW) 2025, an initiative by HRD Corp. The event served as a dynamic platform to empower Malaysia's future workforce, attracting participants from local universities and leading semiconductor companies.

Throughout July and August 2025, MIMOS Berhad launched and conducted a fully funded DDTM SolidWorks Certification Programme to enhance the digital design capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Malaysia. This initiative, which had a limited intake of 100 participants nationwide, offered training at fundamental, intermediate, and advanced levels to eligible Malaysians.

MIMOS Berhad’s popular internal Tech Café series continued to empower its staff by offering valuable insights on a wide range of topics, from advanced technology to personal finance. On 18 July 2025, the series successfully wrapped up a session titled ‘Seeing Through Machines: A Simple Introduction to Machine Vision’ by Dr. Teo Yu Xuan, Senior Researcher at MIMOS Berhad.

MIMOS Berhad actively strengthened its management and quality systems through a series of training programmes and audits focused on key ISO certifications. The organisation participated in training sessions on the ISO 22301:2019 Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), with workshops held on 8 to 9 July 2025, 21 to 22 July 2025, and 6 August 2025.

MIMOS Berhad’s Kelab Kebajikan & Rekreasi MIMOS (KRIMS) worked around the clock to organise a series of vibrant community events to bring staff together. The fun kicked off with a bang from 1 to 3 July 2025, with a three-day Coffee & Dessert Week.

In June 2025, the Komuniti Ping Pong MIMOS (KPPM) triumphed in a friendly match against Surau Al Ikhwan PUJ2 on 14 June 2025, building closer ties with the local community.

MIMOS, through the Kelab Kebajikan & Rekreasi MIMOS (KRIMS), officially launched the much-anticipated MIMOSlympics 2025, an internal sporting event designed to promote health, unity, and team spirit among all employees. The sports season was kicked off with a series of Sports House Meetings, held to appoint representatives for the Blue, Yellow, and Red Houses, setting the stage for friendly competition.

On 23 June 2025, MIMOS Berhad successfully organised a blood donation drive in collaboration with Pusat Darah Negara (PDN). Held at the Seminar Room, the event was a vital initiative aimed at supporting the national blood supply and reinforcing MIMOS’ commitment to community welfare.

On 4 July 2025, MIMOS Berhad held a ‘Majlis Peluncuran Tabung Penambahbaikan Surau MIMOS’ to officially launch the improvement fund for its surau. This event reflects the organisation's strong commitment to enhancing its spiritual facilities for the benefit of the Muslim majority employees.

MIMOS Berhad’s Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) department championed environmental awareness and sustainable practices among its staff through several impactful initiatives. In conjunction with Environment Month, the HSE team led a ‘Dine-In Without Plastic’ initiative every Friday, encouraging all employees to bring their own reusable cutlery, containers, and mugs.

MIMOS Berhad celebrated Merdeka Month 2025 with a vibrant calendar of events to honour Malaysia's independence and unity. Kicking off from 4 August 2025 and running until 22 September 2025, the celebrations were filled with colour, culture, and camaraderie. On 15 August 2025, MIMOS hosted Santai Sukan Rakyat, a day of traditional games that celebrated the nation's diversity and spirit.

The MIMOS Junior Academy (MJA) organised a Merdeka 2025 celebration on 11 September 2025 at the Dr Tengku Azzman Shariffadeen Auditorium, MIMOS Berhad, bringing together about 50 people, which included 29 pre-schoolers, their parents, and MIMOS staff in a lively tribute to Malaysia’s independence.
