On 10 and 11 October, the National Nanotechnology Centre (NNC) of the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation (MOSTI) organised the National Nano Programme (NANOKeb) 2023 inaugurated by YB Datuk Arthur Joseph Kurup, Deputy Minister of MOSTI.
Technical Workshop on Nanofabrication and Nanocharacterisation at National Nano Programme (NANOKeb2023)
The objective of the event is to improve research and development (R&D), development of talent and expertise, increase commercialisation, and drive the industry as well as strengthen safety and regulatory standards.
It serves as a platform for crusaders of nanotechnology to share their insights and expertise on the development and progress of Malaysia’s nanotechnology, as an engagement session to discuss the direction of nanotechnology research, and as a medium of awareness to the public especially universities and school students on the field of nanotechnology.
Amongst the events held is MIMOS’ technical workshop discussing Nanofabrication and Nanocharacterisation held at Bangi Resort Hotel led by Dr Lee Hing Wah and his team.
With more than 100 participants attending the workshop, it proved as a testament to the increasing interest in the nanotechnology industry. The workshop unlocked valuable insights from leading experts in the field and is set to foster collaborations with key industries to the next level.
