MIMOS, Cradle Investment Programme (CIP), Malaysia Venture Capital Management Bhd (MAVCAP) and MSC Malaysia – through its caretaker Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC), today signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) aimed at spurring the growth of the indigenous industries and nurturing them into global players.
