MIMOS achieved remarkable success in external competitions, demonstrating not just technical skill but fierce team spirit. On 20 September 2025, the MIMOS team enthusiastically participated in the STI Challenge Trophy Futsal Tournament 2025, organised by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI).
The MIMOS team brought home two highly commendable results: they were crowned Champion in the Veteran Category and secured the First Runner-Up in the Men’s Category. This victory at the MOSTI Cup highlights the tremendous sportsmanship and dedicated teamwork of the MIMOS players, positioning the organisation strongly within the larger ministerial community.
MIMOSlympics 2025 continued to be a powerful driver of friendly competition and camaraderie across the organisation, with a packed schedule of events throughout October and November.
The enthusiasm was palpable during the Dart Tournament on 10 October 2025, the Dodgeball tournament on 11 October 2025, and the Carom tournament on 6 November 2025, where teamwork and focus were key. The sporting momentum continued with the Volleyball Tournament, the Futsal Match, and the popular Bowling Tournament on 15 November 2025. Even e-sports were included in the Mobile Legends tournament on 18 November 2025.
Finally, the MIMOSlympics celebrated heritage with Sukan Rakyat on 21 November 2025, before concluding with the Ping Pong Tournament on 22 November 2025. These events successfully strengthened teamwork, promoted a healthy work environment, and kept the MIMOSian spirit soaring.
