With ACSB facilitating access to powerhouse investors across the Middle East, North Africa, and Central Asia, this collaboration creates a focused, investment-ready pipeline designed to transform local research into global commercial success.
The partnership signified a shift toward a more aggressive and disciplined international scaling model by attracting high-quality foreign direct investment and targeting high-impact technology platforms for joint ventures. The initiative aimed to cement Malaysia’s reputation as a global technology originator, and with the company of representatives from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia, and Türkiye, the signing proved a growing international appetite for Malaysian expertise in the deep-tech sector.
Beyond immediate market entry, the collaboration is built to deliver long-term economic dividends by maximising the returns on public R&D investments.
