KUALA LUMPUR: REDtone International Bhd unit REDtone Telecommunications Sdn Bhd and Mimos Bhd have signed an accord that will see REDtone becoming a Mimos technology recipient, with usage rights for the latter’s WiWi and intelligence surveillance platform (ISP) technologies for three years.
According to REDtone chairman Datuk Ibrahim Che Mat, the company’s technological skills and solution offerings would be further sharpened via the collaboration, its first business partnership with Mimos.
“As a company that is respected for its inhouse R&D initiatives, REDtone will be able to integrate the WiWi and ISP technologies into its current solutions portfolio and bring to the market what Mimos has developed.
