MIMOS User eXperience, formerly known as MIMOS Usability group, was established in 2007. Our team consists of certified testers, usability analysts and researchers continually work with product designers, developers and researchers throughout the Development Lifecycle (SDLC). In addition to performing formative and summative testing, we continually perform research in innovative test methodologies and share usability best practices. We aim to become a leader in user experience research and testing.

MIMOS UX / Usability Lab (as part of MIMOS Software Testing Lab) was accredited under the National Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (Skim Akreditasi Makmal Malaysia (SAMM)) and met the requirements of MS ISO/IEC 17025:2005 ‘General requirements for competence of testing and calibration laboratories’. This Malaysian Standards is identical with ISO/IEC 17025:2005 published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
