As the National R&D centre with top-of-the-line lab facilities, MIMOS offer its Semiconductor Technology Centre (STC) and its 5G and Artificial Intelligence (AI) innovation hub to be shared with industry players for a wide range of services and universities for the training of future engineers and researchers.

As the country’s foremost provider in nano and microelectronic products fabrication and services, the Centre is well equipped with the latest toolsets that meet industrial and research requirements. The Centre also provides turnkey design support, customised processes, Multi-Project Wafer (MPW) programmes, and product development & fabrication in CMOS, Power MOS, digital, analogue, and Micro/Nano Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS/NEMS) technology platforms.
