Malaysia’s digital ecosystem is set to gain a major boost as SNS Network (M) Sdn Bhd, a unit of SNS Network Technology Berhad, entered into a strategic joint venture with MIMOS Holdings Sdn Bhd (MIMOS Holdings) and Kelab Kebajikan dan Rekreasi MIMOS (KKRM) on 15 October 2025 to establish MIMOS Network Sdn Bhd (MIMOS Network), a new company focused on digital quality assurance and Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services.
Combining MIMOS’ deep R&D expertise with SNS Network’s commercial and operational strengths, the partnership will deliver world-class testing, certification, and validation services to both the public and private sectors. MIMOS Network will serve key industries such as finance, telecommunications, healthcare, manufacturing, and education, where reliability and data integrity are paramount.
The establishment of MIMOS Network aligns with the Malaysia Digital (MD) initiative and MOSTI’s efforts to strengthen the nation’s digital trust and compliance ecosystem. It is also expected to position Malaysia as a regional hub for digital assurance and certification, creating high-value jobs and new industry opportunities.
