Position Purpose & Summary:
The Researcher/Engineer is responsible for research and development on blockchain and distributed ledger technology, including system analysis and review, platform prototyping, and benchmark testing
The Staff Researcher/Engineer shall perform research on the core blockchain technology and solution components, architecture and other related specification driven by market research and develop a usable prototype and proof-of-concept solution based on established standards (including national and international).
You must be able to coordinate the tasks among team members, participate in project effort and duration estimation, and generate related documentation. To collaborate with stakeholders, including but not limited to Government agencies, universities, vendors, and corporations required by the project.
The Key responsibilities of a Researcher/Engineer are:
- Pursuing R&D work in the Hyperledger Fabric and other blockchain technologies
- Participating in proof-of-concept developments that are applicable in real-world scenarios
- Improving work processes and tools
- Securing patents
- Completing any additional tasks assigned by management
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Pursue Research & Development work
Responsible for design/development/implementation of R&D work with innovative proof-of-concept applicable in a real-world scenario.
Draft and disclose patent
To disclose at least one patent per year as the main inventor.
Write and publish conference papers
To publish at least one conference paper per year as co-author.

Fresh grade/1-5 years experience
