MIMOS Drives Innovation Across Continents and Industries

MIMOS Berhad embarked on a global tour, showcasing its technological expertise at a series of key events, both domestically and internationally.

The journey kicked off at the Cyber Defence & Security Exhibition and Conference (CYDES) 2025, from 1 to 3 July 2025, where MIMOS showcased its advanced capabilities and its crucial role in national cybersecurity initiatives.

On the international stage, MIMOS took Malaysian tech excellence to the Philippines for PHILIPPiNEXT, held from 14 to 16 July 2025. The event was a triumph for MIMOS researchers, Pn Aiman Sajidah Abd Aziz and Pn Nur Ain Mohd Aziz, who were celebrated for their groundbreaking innovations, winning prestigious awards for their Mi-AgPrInk conductive inks and REVA non-invasive blood analysis tools, respectively. This recognition served to elevate Malaysia’s position in advancing regional innovation.

On 31 July 2025, MIMOS participated in the 5th International Innovation Technology EXPO at Politeknik Indonusa, Indonesia, where it discussed its role in advancing sustainable technology solutions through a talk titled ‘Engineering Innovation for a Greener Tomorrow’. The momentum continued at the Dhofar Forum on 26 and 27 August 2025, for the Digital Health Transformation in Salalah, Oman. Here, MIMOS seized the opportunity to showcase its revolutionary REVA device. The company’s presence at the event, in partnership with Ankaa Space Technologies LLC, opened up new avenues for collaboration with the Ministry of Health in Oman and other global healthcare leaders.

Back home, MIMOS was a key participant in the ICC International Connectivity Conference & Expo on 30 and 31 July 2025, a major event that united industry leaders, policymakers, and innovators to advance global connectivity and digital infrastructure.

Furthermore, MIMOS played a pivotal role in championing Industry 4.0 for SMEs at EMAX 2025 and PMAX 2025 on 24 July 2025 in Penang, with a clear focus on semiconductors and electronics. MIMOS also took the spotlight at the ‘AI Horizon: Shaping the Future with Penang’s Talent’ event, where the company wowed attendees by presenting its flagship AI products:

  • REVA: a non-intrusive, real-time analysis tool for clinical and industrial use.
  • AINS: a platform that utilises AI to analyse non-visible light data for rapid, accurate insights.
  • Mi-AAIMS: an end-to-end AI platform for enterprises and government agencies to efficiently manage large language models.

Showcasing these innovations not only increased public awareness of AI but also attracted the attention of the highest levels of government. In Malaysia, the Prime Minister and Penang’s Chief Minister visited the MIMOS booths at these events, a powerful statement on the importance of MIMOS’ work in advancing technology for the nation.
