MIMOS Technologies collaborated with industry partners to host a technical workshop on 13 May 2026, under the theme ‘NOW WE CAN: What New Submicron Infrared O-PTIR Can Do Beyond FT-IR Spectroscopy’. The session brought together researchers, scientists, and industry participants to discuss developments in material analysis and molecular characterisation.
The programme covered applications of the technology across the semiconductor, life sciences, and advanced materials sectors. Participants attended laboratory tours and live technical demonstrations showcasing the precision of submicron Optical Photothermal Infrared (O-PTIR) technology. The workshop demonstrated how this technique extends beyond traditional FT-IR spectroscopy limits, providing the local research community with practical insights to support ongoing industrial and scientific innovation.
