YB Tuan Chang Lih Kang, Malaysia’s Minister of Science, Technology & Innovation, officiated the launch of the Malaysia Blockchain Infrastructure during the opening of Malaysia Blockchain Week 2025.
Developed by MIMOS Berhad in collaboration with strategic partners, the MBI is a platform designed to support innovative blockchain services across various sectors. According to YB Tuan Chang Lih Kang, MOSTI Minister, this initiative is a significant milestone in the National Blockchain Roadmap 2021-2025 and demonstrates MOSTI’s commitment to expanding the use of blockchain to enhance transparency, data security, and efficiency in key areas like government administration and supply chains.
The MBI’s launch is part of a broader national effort to harness blockchain technology for practical and impactful solutions that benefit the public and national development.
