MIMOS hosted an immersive Industrial Design Workshop on 6 April 2026 for 24 students and two senior academics from the Universiti Kuala Lumpur Malaysia-Italy Design Institute (UniKL MIDI). The full-day session was led by Saharuddin Busri (Senior Staff Engineer) and Mohd Nizam Najmuddin (Senior Engineer) from the Corporate Communication & Identity Department (CCID).
Drawing on their extensive industry experience, the facilitators guided the participants through advanced design methodologies and real-world application techniques. This targeted academic-industry engagement provided a practical space for knowledge exchange, helping the aspiring designers enhance their technical skills and effectively bridge the gap between classroom theory and industrial execution.
