MIMOS reinforced its commitment to talent development and seamless workplace integration through its structured onboarding initiative, the Kick Start Your MIMOS Career Programme (KYMC). The onboarding series for the third quarter began on 30 July 2026, welcoming a new intake of professionals to the MIMOS campus. Designed as an immersive one-day orientation, the session introduced incoming team members to the organisation’s rich history, core values, and strategic role as Malaysia’s applied research and development centre.
Building upon this, Group Corporate Human Capital (GCHC) hosted a subsequent edition of the KYMC programme on 2 September 2026. This session catered to a fresh cohort of innovators, offering a comprehensive overview of corporate policies, research facilities, and long-term career growth opportunities within the group. Key leaders and HR representatives delivered engaging presentations, clarifying operational expectations while inspiring new staff to align their personal career ambitions with MIMOS’ broader technological goals.
Beyond administrative briefings, both orientation sessions prioritised active networking and cultural immersion. New joiners participated in collaborative group activities, interacted with cross-functional teams, and gained firsthand insights into the collaborative dynamics that define daily life at MIMOS. Senior facilitators shared practical guidance on navigating campus resources, fostering early cross-divisional partnerships, and leveraging internal mentorship channels.
