Job Purpose
The Executive is responsible for support the day-to-day administration, reporting, HRMS activities, compliance documentation, and coordination of Human Capital initiatives to ensure accurate records, efficient processes, and compliance with organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRMS information to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare routine HR reports, workforce statistics, dashboards, and presentations as required by management.
- Assist in data collection, compilation, and analysis for manpower reporting, HR metrics, and compliance monitoring.
- Support the administration and documentation of HR policies, procedures, guidelines, and employee communications.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and employee records management.
- Assist in the preparation of documents and records required for audits, compliance reviews, and certification activities.
- Support the administration of industrial relations documentation, including employee correspondences, disciplinary records, and case filing.
- Coordinate meetings, training sessions, workshops, and compliance-related activities within the department.
- Ensure proper filing, record keeping, and document control in accordance with company requirements and information security standards.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain information and ensure timely completion of assigned HR and compliance activities.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager, Senior Manager, or Head of Department.
Qualification
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Information Systems, or any other related academic background.

Work Experience
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Exposure to HR administration, data management, or reporting is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn HR practices, compliance requirements, and HR systems
