Between August and September 2026, MIMOS launched a holistic employee engagement series featuring scam awareness talks with Tabung Haji, personalized retirement planning sessions with KWSP, and a vibrant Maulidur Rasul celebration to support staff financial security and well-being.
Building on the theme of financial security, MIMOS welcomed representatives from Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP) on 1 September 2026 for a dedicated workplace engagement session. The event provided employees with practical frameworks for retirement preparation, investment diversification, and voluntary savings schemes. Staff engaged directly with KWSP advisors during interactive consultation segments, gaining personalised guidance to help them navigate complex financial decisions and secure long-term stability.
The initiative concluded on 9 September 2026 with the MIMOS Berselawat Program, organised jointly by Surau MIMOS, KRIMS, and GCHC in conjunction with Maulidur Rasul 1448H. Held at the MIMOS Auditorium, the event gathered staff for joint recitations of selawat and an inspirational lecture by renowned speaker Ustazah Asma’ Harun, who encouraged participants to reflect on the life and character of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Outside the main hall, the K-World vendor market added a vibrant community spirit to the day, offering a wide array of local food and retail stalls for employees to enjoy.
Through this cohesive series of events, MIMOS demonstrated a balanced approach to corporate welfare. By combining fraud prevention, financial education, and spiritual reflection, the organisation successfully reinforced its supportive environment, ensuring employees remain informed, protected, and connected to their community.
